A recent poll of 41, 983 fans on ESPN.COM when asked, “Who will win the Eastern conference this year?”:

Miami Heat 58%
Detroit Pistons 13%
Indiana Pacers 12%
Cleveland Cavaliers 7%
Other 9%

According to MVP Sportsbook, The Cavaliers are projected to finish 4th out of 15 teams.
