The Cavaliers are expected to assign Shannon Brown to Rio Grande Valley today and he should be in the lineup for Saturday’s game at Tulsa.

The Cleveland Cavaliers, last week sent forward Cedric Simmons to the NBA Development League team but was recalled  after playing three games in the D-League. Simmons averaged 9.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.3 blocks per game.
