Cleveland Cavaliers forward Ira Newble is still in the hospital today being treated for a facial abscess. The team says Newble won’t accompany the Cavs on their trip to play the Miami Heat tomorrow. The abscess is Newble’s second medical setback this season. He missed the first 23 games this season with tissue inflammation in his right foot. He missed Monday’s game with a migraine headache. The Cavs say the migraine and the abscess are not related. Newble didn’t participate in a light practice yesterday before he went to the hospital. He is averaging one-point-three points and 13 minutes per game for the Cavs.
