Ben Wallace and Wally Szczerbiak took part in practice today and the Cleveland Clinic Sports center and participated in several drills. However, neither player would set a timetable for a return to game action.
Szczerbiak has missed three games with a left knee sprain, but he labeled himself “day to day” and said his knee is improving. Wallace, meanwhile, has been out since suffering a fractured right fibula Feb. 26 and is gradually adding drills to his regimen, but he has not yet participated in full-contact practice.
“I don’t know if I should come back,” Wallace joked when reminded that the Cavaliers are 13-1 without him.
